Most health record systems are built for hospitals. But the majority of clinics in the world are not hospitals. They are one doctor, a printer, and a paper pad. SparkRx is built for them.

It sets out to do one thing well: turn a visit into a clean, printed prescription in seconds. There is no sign-up, no patient database, and no lock-in. The whole thing is open source under Apache-2.0, so anyone can read it, fork it, or run it themselves.
